on the illusion of freedom

all decisions must be based on how we believe it is necessary to live our lives with the maximum amount of well-being for ourselves and others. this demands thinking reasonably and acting with compassion. we have no choice. in every detail we must abide by reason and compassion in order to live harmoniously. problems arise due to the misconception that we have the freedom of choice to do otherwise.
